Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22a
These terms govern the use of this booking site of Moreno Colón PLLC and the services booked through it. By using the site, booking a meeting or accepting a meeting's terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site and call us.
1. Who we are
Moreno Colón PLLC (the “firm”) is a law firm with an office at 8400 NW 36th St., Suite 450, Doral, Florida 33166. This site is used to book and manage meetings with the firm.
2. A practice limited to immigration law
The firm practices exclusively in U.S. federal immigration and naturalization matters. We do not handle other areas of law. The firm may decline any matter at any time before an engagement agreement is signed.
3. This site is not legal advice
The information on this site is general and is not legal advice for your case. No result is guaranteed: every case depends on its facts and on the decision of the authorities.
Using the site, sending a message or documents, or having a consultation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement, and it is limited to what that agreement describes.
4. Bookings, prices and payments
Before you book, each meeting shows its price, its length and its own terms, which are part of these. When you confirm, you accept that meeting's terms in the version shown to you; the site keeps a record of that acceptance.
The free initial consultation is offered once per person. Payments are handled by a payment processor; the firm neither receives nor stores your full card number.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by each meeting's terms. The firm may reschedule or cancel a meeting for its own reasons; in that case you choose a new time or, if the meeting was paid, a full refund.
5. The information and documents you give us
You agree to give us truthful and complete information. The firm prepares each meeting based on what you write and answer, and is not responsible for the consequences of false, incomplete or outdated information.
Send only documents that are yours or that you have the right to share. The firm may not review documents before the meeting. For security, documents you send cannot be opened or downloaded again from the site.
6. Recording and transcription of meetings
Meetings may be recorded for the sole purpose of transcribing them, so that the attorney can prepare notes, the meeting memorandum and, where appropriate, a proposal of services. The audio recording is deleted once transcribed; the transcript is kept in the firm's confidential file.
By booking, you authorize that recording and its transcription. If you prefer that your meeting not be recorded, tell us before it begins.
7. Communications
By giving us your e-mail or phone number, you authorize the firm to contact you through those means, including text messages and WhatsApp, about your meetings and your matter. Message and data rates may apply. Electronic communications are not completely secure; if you prefer another means, tell us.
8. Permitted use of the site
You agree to use the site only to book and manage your own meetings. Using automated programs, extracting information, trying to reach other people's data or getting around the security measures is prohibited. The firm may limit or block access for anyone who breaches these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, questionnaires and other content of the site belong to the firm. They may not be copied or used for other purposes without its written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for interruptions of the site, failures of third-party services, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. To that same extent, the firm's total liability for the use of the site will not exceed what you paid for the meeting concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits the professional responsibility of the firm's attorneys to the extent the rules of professional conduct prohibit it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. Any dispute about the site will be submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
The firm may update these terms. Each version carries its date. A meeting already booked is governed by the terms you accepted when you booked it.
