Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22a
This policy explains what information Moreno Colón PLLC collects through this booking site, what it uses it for, with whom it shares it and how long it keeps it.
1. Who is responsible
Moreno Colón PLLC, 8400 NW 36th St., Suite 450, Doral, Florida 33166, phone (786) 505-6797, [email protected].
2. What information we collect
What you give us: your name, e-mail and phone; the message in which you describe your matter; your answers to the questionnaire; the documents you send; and the details of your meetings and payments. The firm neither receives nor stores your full card number.
What is generated when you use the site: your network address, the type of browser and device, a cookie that recognizes your browser, and the date and time of each step. We use it to protect the site, to prevent abuse and as a record of your acceptance of the terms.
From the meetings: the transcripts, notes and memoranda the attorneys prepare.
3. What we use it for
To schedule, prepare and hold your meetings; to communicate with you; to process payments and refunds; to check for conflicts of interest; to protect the site against fraud and automated programs; to comply with the law and our professional ethics obligations; and to improve our services and the booking process.
4. Automated tools
We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to tell whether a message concerns an immigration matter, to transcribe meetings and to help the attorneys prepare them. None of these tools decides anything about your case: when the system cannot confirm that your matter is about immigration, a person from the firm calls you.
5. With whom we share it
With providers that render services to the firm — site hosting, scheduling, video calls, payment processing, delivery of e-mails and messages, transcription and automated classification — only as needed to render them and under confidentiality obligations.
With immigration authorities and other entities, only when you hire the firm and your case requires it, or when the law requires us to.
The firm does not sell or rent your information.
6. Confidentiality
What you tell us is protected by the attorneys' duty of confidentiality, even if you do not end up hiring us.
7. How long we keep it
The firm keeps information indefinitely, including that of people who do not become clients, to keep a record of their consultations, check for conflicts of interest and improve its services. The audio recording of a meeting is deleted once transcribed.
8. Security
We protect information with reasonable technical and administrative measures, such as access by code or password, limits against repeated attempts and a log of every access. No system is completely secure.
9. Your choices
You may ask us to correct your information, ask what information we hold about you, and stop receiving communications that are not about your meetings or your case. Write to [email protected].
10. Cookies
The site uses cookies it needs to work: to remember your language, keep your session and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Minors
The site is not directed to anyone under 18. If the consultation is about a minor, the mother, father or guardian must book it.
12. Changes to this policy
The firm may update this policy. Each version carries its date.
